Do You Have a Return Policy?
Any pen can be returned for a complete refund within 30 days granted that the pen comes back to me in the same condition that it left my facility. If you have a problem with your pen beyond 30 days, please contact me and describe the problem. I'm a pretty reasonable guy. Whatever the problem is, I'm sure that we can figure something out. I'm interested in repeat business, and therefore want to keep my customers happy.
Repairs?
If a pen is returned for a manufacturing defect, I will cover return shipping costs back to the owner.
If a pen is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, such as adjusting the nib to a user's preference, or a detail that was not discussed before manufacture, I need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer's preference of shipping method.
I Really Like a Particular Pen on the Website, but it's a Fountain Pen. Can I get it as a Rollerball or Ballpoint?
Certainly. Generally, all of my pen models can be made as rollerballs. Keep in mind that a fountain nib is slightly more costly than a rollerball or ballpoint nib, so there may be a slight difference in price.
I am not a big fan of Paypal. Are there other ways that you accept payment?
Certainly. I do take credit cards. I'm OK with personal checks, but you will have to wait for your check to clear before I will ship your item. I will immediately ship orders paid for with a money order. Please contact me to arrange for other payment methods.
