US Orders

With all domestic orders, I ship via USPS.  All orders are insured and tracked.

International Orders

I have three methods for shipping internationally.

1)  Registered International Mail via USPS.  This method is $20.  The package is kept under lock and key until it is delivered.  However, this method is only trackable up until the moment that it leaves the US.  The package is not trackable once it leaves the US.

This method is my default method for shipping internationally.  Unless requested differently, this is how international shipping occurs.

However, due to the fact that these packages are not trackable to their destination, I will not be held responsible for pens that may be lost with this method.

That being said, in the three years that I've been shipping with this method, I have never lost a package.

2) USPS Express International.  This is tracked and fully insured.  Cost is typically $30-40.  However, this is not available to every country.  Please email me to inquire.

3) UPS of Fedex.  If you want your package tracked, insured, and guaranteed to any country, this is the method to use.  However, typical costs are from $40-80, depending on the package's destination.

Returns and Repairs

If a pen is returned for a manufacturing defect, I will cover return shipping costs to the customer.

If a pen is returned for an item that is not a manufacturing defect, such as adjusting the nib to a user's preference, or a detail that was not discussed before manufacture, I need to ask for return shipping of $7 domestic, with international rates depending on the customer's preference of shipping method.
